Marketing Online to Offline Business
Marketing to offline business for an online service is not as easy as it first appears. Some people brace the idea of the internet but a lot still shun the internet as a source to build and improve their business. We launched www.DiJiJog.com which was www.appointmentpc.com this service is aimed at businesses that make appointment for the clients. It can be used by anyone from hairdressers to washing machine repair men.
We have found that people love the concept but getting them to use it is another matter.
The service sends out emails and text messages to confirm the appointment, remind them a few days before and thanks them for their business a few days later.
This is a great service but we now have to build trust with offline businesses to use the system. This we intend to do using free articles and training courses to help them market their business offline as well as online.
The service is free to use, they only pay for the sms texts they send.
Any ideas or feedback on the site or ways in whcih we could market the service better would be appreciated.
